The minimum time for a photo session is 60 minutes. But it depends on the type of photography session and the package of additional services you have chosen. Any photography session can be extended for an extra fee. But the additional time for the photo session must be specified when ordering.

Contact our team to check date availability based on your needs. To confirm and secure the service, a 50% deposit is required. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the session. Please note that you can cancel your reservation up to 48 hours in advance. After this period, no refunds will be issued.

For each package of services, there is a specified number of processed images that you will receive during the photo session. This amount can be increased at an additional cost. They will be uploaded to our private cloud storage. Please note that you must download the deliverables, as they will be deleted two weeks later. If you want all the RAW unnedited images, there is an additional fee.

Deliverables are typically provided within 5 to 10 business days after the session. The timeline may vary depending on the complexity of the service and the amount of material included in the selected package. For an exact timeframe, please consult with our team.

It does not include actors, makeup, hosts, props, location, scenaries, backgrounds, products, travel fees or water. The client must provide all of the above if required to fulfill the service. If our team needs to travel, a transportation fee will be applied based on the distance from Boltek’s headquarters. For the safety of our high-value equipment, staff and gear must be transported in a secure vehicle. Additionally, if the session extends to 4 to 6 hours, please ensure hydration beverages and food are available for the team.

Yes, we are ready to work with you all day long. The price for an extra hour started from $100. But many individual points can affect the price, so it is better to contact us to clarify all the details.

Absolutely! We can create a customized package tailored to your needs at a special price. For example, event coverage with drone footage, a video reel, and photos of both the venue and attendees.

The editing of photos typically includes color correction, cropping, exposure adjustments, retouching, and enhancement of details to ensure the best visual quality. For videos, it includes trimming, color grading, audio synchronization, and the addition of text or branding elements as needed. Both services are aimed at delivering a polished, professional final product that aligns with your vision. It does not include complex animations, transitions or photomontage and image distortions. It can be included for additional cost.

No, the prices mentioned do not include taxes. These will need to be added for the proper issuance of the required invoice.

Offering drone services requires careful attention to legal compliance, including necessary licenses, airspace regulations, and permits. Safety protocols must be in place, along with insurance coverage for equipment and potential damages. Environmental factors, privacy concerns, and data protection must also be considered. Equipment limitations like battery life and resolution should be accounted for, and post-production editing may be required to ensure high-quality, stable footage. We do have limitations, please ask them if you think they will compromise the service (winds, location, movements, etc).
